Attend our Gullivers Cricket Forums taking place in each test match location where you will be joined by fellow enthusiasts as well as guests from the world of cricket for a Q&A session on the current series.
A dedicated Gullivers Tour Leader will be with your tour every step of the way.
Make your own way to London Heathrow where you will meet your Gullivers tour manager and the rest of your group for your direct flight to Cape Town on British Airways.
Arrive into Cape Town and after clearing customs and immigration you will be met and transferred to the Hollow on the Square where you will be staying for ten nights on a bed and breakfast basis. It is unlikely that your rooms will be ready when you arrive so after storing your bags at reception head across to the Waterfront area to explore the many bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and sightseeing opportunities that are on offer.
This evening get together with your tour manager and the rest of your group for welcome drinks in the hotel.
Day at leisure in Cape Town. Take things easy or do some sightseeing. Perhaps take the cable car up to the top of Table Mountain for stunning views of the bay and beyond, visit Robben Island – where Nelson Mandela spent a large proportion of his time in prison or maybe take a Cape Peninsula Tour to see the point where the two oceans meet.
At leisure to continue to explore Cape Town and prepare for this evening’s festivities.
Early evening you will be transferred out to the beautiful winelands region for New Years Eve at Simon’s on the Groot Constantia wine estate – South Africa’s oldest winery. See the New Year in South African style, before transferring back to the hotel.
A chance to recover from the festivities of last night and to spend the day relaxing at the waterfront or at one of Cape Town’s local beaches.
Each morning transfer to the picturesque Newlands for all five days of the test match. On one evening during the test match you will be invited to join us at the Gullivers cricket forum.

South Africa v England - As part of your ticket we have included entry into marquee hospitality for each day of the test. The Newlands Club marquee is air conditioned & located in the shade of the Newlands oak trees – a short walk from your seats. The hospitality includes a 2 course buffet lunch & morning and afternoon tea daily. Seating is informal and relaxed & is not reserved.
Final day in Cape Town. Relax over a long lunch at one of the finest seafood restaurants or fine dining restaurants.
Today check-out of the hotel and transfer out to the Winelands region outside Cape Town and visit some of South Africa's finest wine estates. On arrival check-in to the Pontac Manor in Paarl for a two night stay on a bed and breakfast basis.
Spend the day wine tasting at several of the local wineries.
This fantastic wine tasting day also includes a picnic lunch. There will be many wineries familiar to the UK visitor and also some smaller lesser known boutique vineyards which are also well worth exploring.
This morning travel along South Africa’s garden route, home to many farms providing some of the world’s best fruit from the orchards that line the route. Known as one of the most spectacular drives along the South African coastline you will have plenty of opportunities to stop and enjoy the stunning views along the way.
On arrival into the coastal town of Knysna check-in to the Protea Hotel Knysna Quays which is situated on the banks of the Knysna Lagoon. Spend two nights on a bed and breakfast basis. After settling in, transfer to the John Benn for a sunset lagoon cruise.
Enjoy a sundowner and dinner aboard while listening to stories of the legendary pilot of a by-gone shipping era on a relaxing and comfortable trip to the Knysna Heads.
Day at leisure to relax and enjoy the sunshine and explore the charming town of Knysna.
After breakfast check-out and transfer along the Garden Route to Port Elizabeth for an overnight stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel on a bed and breakfast basis. With views across the Indian Ocean and the blue flag beaches being only a five minute walk away you will be able to relax and make the most of this small and welcoming city.
After breakfast check-out and transfer to Port Elizabeth airport for your flight to Johannesburg. On arrival you will be met and transferred to the Garden Court Sandton City for a six night stay on a bed and breakfast basis. Situated at altitude and known for its mining history, Johannesburg is today the largest city in South Africa and is capital of the Gauteng region.
This evening enjoy a night out at one of the many bars and restaurants in Sandton.
Each morning transfer to the Bidvest Wanderers Stadium for all five days of the 3rd Test Match. On one evening during the Test match you will be invited to join us at the Gullivers cricket forum.
Transfer back to the hotel at close of play.

Today check-out and you will be transferred to Sun City for a two night stay in the Sun City Cabanas Hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure in this magnificent resort.
Full day at leisure in Sun City.
Perhaps play a round of golf on one of the two world-class golf courses that have been played by legends of the game, like Jack Nicklaus and Tiger Woods. Other sporting options include tennis, squash, the gym or a variety of watersports, from jet skis & parasailing to the fastest zip slide in the world.
For the less adventurous enjoy a safari in the Pilanesberg Nature Reserve, or gamble the night away with a myriad of casino and entertainment options. Or simply relax at the pool or top up your tan on the beach at the Valley of Waves.
Check-out of the hotel this morning and transfer to Pretoria for the final stay of the tour. On arrival check-in to the Southern Sun Pretoria Hotel for a six night stay on a bed and breakfast basis. Rest of the day free to explore the elegant political capital of South Africa. If you have time take a trip out to the Voortrekker monument for a fascinating insight into the great trek and the history of the Afrikaaner people.
Transfer to/from the SuperSport Park, Centurion for all five days of the final Test match. On one evening during the test enjoy a cricket forum with insights into the game from one of our panel of cricketing experts.

Check-out of the hotel and make the most of the opportunity to do some last minute shopping in the local mall before being transferred back to OR Tambo airport in Johannesburg for your return flight to London Heathrow.
