With travel restrictions gradually starting to lift around the globe, many of us share a mixture of feelings surrounding the realities of going on holiday once again. Gullivers are committed to working with trusted partners and making sure that they meet our strict standards to give you the peace of mind that you can travel safely.
Gullivers Sports Travel has received the World Travel and Tourism Council’s Safe Travels stamp, which provides travellers with additional assurance that we have adopted health and hygiene global standards designed to keep your travels as safe as possible.
As part of this accreditation, we will ensure to comply with the Safe Travels Protocols, working closely with our suppliers in each destination to ensure that they are meeting local government guidelines and adhering to health and safety procedures.
We are a Member of ABTA which means you have the benefit of ABTA’s assistance and the assurance that we commit to abide by the ABTA Code of Conduct. All the package and Flight-Plus holidays we sell are covered by a scheme protecting your money if the supplier fails. Other services such as hotels or flights on their own may not be protected and you should ask us what protection is available. Our ABTA Number is V8321.
We are also members of the International Air Transport Association (IATA 91201670) and hold an Air Travel Operators Licence (ATOL 3720). You will receive an ATOL certificate with your booking confirmation where the package you have purchased includes a flight. Most of our products are protected under the Package Travel Regulations and this along with the membership of these professional bodies guarantee our standards of trading practice and give you financial security.
We require the hotels we offer to have COVID-19 protocols in place and comply with local government guidelines on top of adhering to our strict health and safety guidelines. We ask for these measures to include; enhanced room cleaning, ventilation, social distancing, regular cleaning and disinfection of high-frequency touch points in public areas, food safety, staff re-training and minimising contact within the properties.
We will only offer travel packages to destinations that we know are safe to travel to. Whilst we strive to keep you as updated as possible on the latest information surrounding your travel destination, we recommend you also check the FCDO website for the latest advice on entry requirements in this fast-evolving situation.

We take great pride in offering our customers fantastic service and fulfilling bucket list dreams. Whilst the cancellation of sporting events has meant we haven’t been able to be at fantastic events this year, we have worked hard to maintain our fantastic service levels and our feedback attests to that. We have adapted quickly to the new industry processes and put in place new procedures that weren’t there before. We are aware that sometimes these need some explanation so we have created a list of FAQ’s for you. You can book with us in confidence that your booking will be protected and if the events are cancelled or postponed then you are entitled to a refund of your money in full.
