The Ascot Village, opposite the main Grandstand, provides the luxurious base for our hospitality package. The private viewing area in Ascot Village looks out to the Winning Post. The Grand Finale hospitality package includes a Grandstand admission ticket with access to the Parade Ring, complimentary bar, Pimms reception, morning coffee, four course luncheon, Mad Hatters Tea Party (afternoon tea), celebrity guest speaker, race card, racing newspapers, Tote betting facilities, car park pass (1 per 2 guests) and VIP hostess service. Bookings of 2 upwards can be made with private tables for 10 guests.

Sandringham Restaurant - £330pp + VAT

With its private ground floor location, this is a fantastic entry level facility. With fantastic food and spacious viewing balcony that overlooks the racecourse, Sandringham Restaurant is a restaurant where you can firmly relax and enjoy your day.
The Grand Finale hospitality package includes a Grandstand admission ticket, Sandringham Cocktail, Three course lunch, Selection of fine wines & liqueurs, Royal Ascot afternoon tea, Complimentary beer, wine, spirits & soft drinks, Car parking (1:2 guests), Racecard, Racing paper and VIP Hostess service. Exclusive tables are available for parties of 10 or for smaller groups a shared table will be allocated.

Carriages Restaurant - £450pp + VAT

With its elevated private 1st floor location, providing exceptional views with an external private terrace that overlooks the racecourse. Great food and service makes this facility perfect to entertain.
The Grand Finale hospitality package includes a Grandstand admission ticket, Champagne reception, Four course lunch, Selection of fine wines & liqueurs, Deluxe Royal Ascot afternoon tea, Complimentary bar throughout the day including Champagne, Car parking (1:2 guests), Racecard, Racing paper and VIP Hostess service. Exclusive tables are available for parties of 10 or for smaller groups a shared table will be allocated.

Trackside Restaurant - £720pp + VAT

With superb trackside positioning and easy access to the tranquil Royal Enclosure Gardens. The menu will be traditionally British, with locally sourced products, focussing on food provenance and fresh produce from the Windsor Estate.
The Grand Finale hospitality package includes Royal Enclosure guest badge, Bollinger Champagne reception, Five course luncheon, Selection of fine wines & liqueurs, Deluxe Royal Ascot afternoon tea, Complimentary bar throughout the day including Champagne, Car parking (1:2 guests), Racecard, Racing paper and VIP Hostess service. You may book a private table for groups of between 2 and 12 guests.
