As part of the tour itinerary your trip will begin with welcome drinks and an opportunity to meet your Tour Manager and fellow tourists. A group dinner hosted by your Tour Manager is also included during your trip.

A day at leisure to enjoy in Christchurch. The Botanical Gardens in Hagley Park are a great way to experience some of the local flora, or the gondola offers breath-taking views of Christchurch and beyond.
The Riverside Market in the CBD is also a popular choice, offering plenty of food vendors, unique arts and crafts, and local produce.
It's finally here! For the next 5 days we will transfer to the cricket at Hagley Oval in the morning and back to the hotel after the conclusion of play.
The last Test match England played here ended in a draw, though Mark Wood did get his only Test match half-century to date.

Christchurch is a vibrant city offering spectacular culture and heritage. Quake City is a museum that's well worth a visit - encapsulating the impact of the earthquake that occurred here.
Following the conclusion of the 1st Test Match it's time to say goodbye to the South Island today as we head to the airport for a flight to Wellington on the North Island. On arrival into Wellington we will transfer to the hotel for a 7 night stay.
The city has a cosmopolitan flavour with department stores, boutiques, galleries, trendy cafes and restaurants lining the office-block canyons.
A day to become accustomed to your new surroundings in Wellington.
Wellington is renowned for its vibrant culture - Hannah's Laneway is right in the heart of the city and is the perfect place to taste some local flavours or pick up some souvenirs. Another must-do is the Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa, which will give you a great insight into Maori culture.

Each morning transfer with the group to the Basin Reserve for all five days of the second Test. At the end of each day's play, you will be transferred back to your hotel.

Today we fly from Wellington to Auckland for a couple of nights ahead of the 3rd Test Match in Hamilton.
Auckland is New Zealand’s most populous city and is a multi-cultural hub of food, music, arts and culture. Also known as Tāmaki Makaurau, Auckland sprawls over volcanic hills and around twin harbours, offering an exhilarating mix of natural wonders and urban adventures.
Time to explore Auckland.
Perhaps enjoy the spectacular views and explore the beaches on Waiheke Island, also known as 'the island of wine.' It's a 40 minute ferry journey from Auckland.
Stretching your legs at the popular Auckland Domain is a nice way to spend some time. This is the city's oldest park and is built around an extinct volcano.
Today we make the short drive (approximately 2 hours) from Auckland across the Bombay Hills to Hamilton where we will check in for 6 nights ahead of the 3rd Test Match tomorrow.
The city of Hamilton is nestled on the banks of the mighty Waikato River.
With the hotel being a short walk from the ground make your own way across to Seddon Park for days 1-5 of the cricket.

Today we say goodbye to Hamilton and make our way back up to Auckland by coach for the flight back to the UK.

One of the most popular cricket grounds in the world, and is labelled as a Historic Area in New Zealand. Turned from a swamp into a cricket ground in 1857, it's the oldest Test cricket stadium in New Zealand, and is also the location where now England coach Brendon McCullum scored his famous 302 in 2014. The New Zealand Cricket Museum is also housed on-site, displaying cricket memorabilia and a reference library.
