We are a proud Member of ABTA (Membership No. V8321), which means you can book your travel with absolute confidence. When you book with us, you benefit from ABTA’s assistance and the peace of mind that we strictly adhere to the ABTA Code of Conduct for high standards of service and fair trading. All the package holidays we sell are fully protected by a financial scheme, safeguarding your money in the unlikely event that our company was to cease trading. Please note that standalone travel services, such as individual hotel bookings or flight-only tickets, may not automatically carry the same protection. We always recommend asking us exactly what protection is available for your specific travel arrangements before you book.

We are also members of the International Air Transport Association (IATA 91201670) and hold an Air Travel Operators Licence (ATOL 3720). You will receive an ATOL certificate with your booking confirmation where the package you have purchased includes a flight. Most of our products are protected under the Package Travel Regulations and this along with the membership of these professional bodies guarantee our standards of trading practice and give you financial security.  

For certain flight‑inclusive packages departing from Ireland, where ATOL protection does not apply, we provide financial protection through Total Payment Protection (TOPP), an insurance policy arranged with Travel & General Insurance Services Limited. 

TOPP is a financial failure insurance scheme which protects your money in the unlikely event of our insolvency. Where applicable, the policy provides for a refund of monies paid if you have not yet travelled, or for your holiday to continue or for repatriation, if necessary, subject to the terms and conditions of the policy. 

This protection applies only to specific Ireland‑departing flight packages and is not available on all bookings. Please ask us to confirm what financial protection applies to your booking at the time of purchase. 

We use the Government Foreign Travel Advice website. Some other useful sites for overseas travel are Travel Aware, Travel Health, Government World Embassies and Support for British Nationals Abroad.

If your holiday is cancelled by us, you can either have a refund of all monies paid or accept an alternative holiday of comparable standard from us if we offer one (we will refund any price difference if the alternative is of a lower value). 

Tickets are included as standard in most of our packages, with choice of ticket category available in the check out process where choice is available. Some of our packages, including F1, do not include the tickets in the advertised price and these can be added at extra cost during the check out process, offering you as much choice as possible.

Most of our packages  offer the option of including a flight in the package, where applicable. There will almost always also be package options that do not include flights should you wish to purchase your own. Our football packages do not include flights giving you, the customer, the choice of routes and airlines to suit your travel needs.

Yes, adequate and valid travel insurance is compulsory for all our travellers, and it is a condition of accepting your booking that you agree you will have obtained adequate and valid travel insurance. We recommend you take out insurance as soon as your booking is confirmed. 

Our prices are based on two people sharing a room. As a single traveller if you would like a sole occupancy room, a supplement applies to cover the cost of the accommodation.
