Day 1
Departure day
Make your own way to London Heathrow where you will meet your Gullivers tour manager and the rest of your group for your flight to Johannesburg with British Airways late evening, before taking your connecting flight to Cape Town late morning on Wednesday 30 December.

Day 2
Arrive Cape Town
Depart Johannesburg late morning and take a connecting flight with Comair to Cape Town arriving early afternoon. After clearing customs you will be met and transferred to the Park Inn by Radisson Cape Town Foreshore where you will stay for eight nights on a bed and breakfast basis. Settle into the hotel and head down to the waterfront area to explore the many bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and sightseeing opportunities that are on offer.

Day 3
New Years Eve
A day at leisure in Cape Town before preparing for this evening's festivities.
Early evening you will be transferred out to the beautiful winelands region for New Years Eve at Simon’s on the Groot Constantia wine estate – South Africa’s oldest winery. See the New Year in South African style, before transferring back to the hotel.

Day 4
Cape Town
Day at leisure to take things easy or do some sightseeing. Perhaps take the cable car up to the top of Table Mountain for stunning views of the bay and beyond, visit Robben Island – where Nelson Mandela spent a large proportion of his time in prison or maybe take a Cape Peninsula Tour to see the point where the two oceans meet.

Day 5–9
2nd Test Match
Each morning transfer to the picturesque Newlands for the test match. On one evening during the test match you will be invited to join us at the Gullivers cricket forum.
Transfer back to the hotel after each day of play.

Departure Day
Check out of the hotel and spend the morning at leisure. Relax at the waterfront or do some last minute shopping before being transferred out to the airport for your flight to Johannesburg and then back to London Heathrow with British Airways.
