Day 1
Departure day
Make your own way to London Heathrow where you will meet your Gullivers tour manager and the rest of your group for your overnight flight to Johannesburg on South Africa Airways.

Day 2
Arrive Cape Town
Catch your flight from Johannesburg, arrive into Cape Town and after clearing customs and you will be met and transferred to the Southern Sun Waterfront Hotel where you will stay for nine nights on a bed & breakfast basis. Head across to the waterfront area to explore the many bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and sightseeing opportunities that are on offer. This evening, join your tour manager and the rest of your group at our welcome drinks function.

New Year's Eve
Day at leisure to explore Cape Town and prepare for this evening’s festivities.
Early evening you will be transferred out to the beautiful winelands region for New Year's Eve at Simon’s on the Groot Constantia wine estate – South Africa’s oldest winery. See the New Year in South African style, before transferring back to the hotel.

Cape Town
Day at leisure to take things easy or do some sightseeing. Perhaps take the cable car up to the top of Table Mountain for stunning views of the bay and beyond, visit Robben Island – where Nelson Mandela spent a large proportion of his time in prison or maybe take a Cape Peninsula Tour to see the point where the Indian & Atlantic oceans meet.

Day 6–10
2nd Test Match
Each morning transfer to the picturesque Newlands for all five days of the test match. On one evening during the test match you will be invited to join us at the Gullivers cricket forum.
Transfer back to the hotel after each day of play.
2nd Test Match, Cape Town
South Africa v England - As part of your ticket we have included entry into marquee hospitality for each day of the test. The Newlands Club marquee is air conditioned & located in the shade of the Newlands oak trees – a short walk from your seats. The hospitality includes a 2 course buffet lunch & morning and afternoon tea daily. Seating is informal and relaxed & is not reserved.

Departure Day
Check out this morning and spend the morning at leisure. Relax at the waterfront or do some last minute shopping before being transferred out to the airport for your flight home to London Heathrow.
