Day 1
Arrive Cape Town
Arrive into Cape Town and make your own way to the Ritz Hotel where you will stay for eight nights on a bed & breakfast basis.
Gullivers Welcome Drinks
This evening get together with your tour manager and the rest of your group for welcome drinks in the hotel.

Day 2
New Years Eve
Day at leisure to explore Cape Town and enjoy your new years celebrations. Please note that no arrangements have been made for New Years Eve for you. Should you wish to join the Gullivers New Years Eve Party at Simon’s on the Groot Constantia wine estate an extra charge will apply. Contact the Gullivers team for more details.

Day 3
Cape Town
Day at leisure to take things easy or do some sightseeing. Perhaps take the cable car up to the top of Table Mountain for stunning views of the bay and beyond, visit Robben Island – where Nelson Mandela spent a large proportion of his time in prison or maybe take a Cape Peninsula Tour to see the point where the two oceans meet.

Day 4–8
2nd Test Match
Each morning transfer to the picturesque Newlands for all five days of the test match. On one evening during the test match you will be invited to join us at the Gullivers cricket forum.
Transfer back to the hotel after each day of play.
2nd Test Match - Newlands
South Africa v England - As part of your ticket we have included entry into marquee hospitality for each day of the test. The Newlands Club marquee is air conditioned & located in the shade of the Newlands oak trees – a short walk from your seats. The hospitality includes a 2 course buffet lunch & morning and afternoon tea daily. Seating is informal and relaxed & is not reserved.
