Day 1
Arrive in Cardiff
Make your own way to Cardiff and check-in to the 4★ Thistle Cardiff City Centre for 3 nights on a bed and breakfast basis.
The hotel is situated in the city centre and there are plenty of bars and restaurants close at hand.

Day 2
Cheltenham Gold Cup Day
This morning, transfer by coach to Cheltenham for Gold Cup Day – the journey time is around 2 hours.
Gold Cup Day provides the best days’ horse racing of the year and features seven races including of course the Cheltenham Gold Cup. The atmosphere will be second-to-none.
Transfer back to Cardiff after the last race.

The first race begins at 1.30pm. The last race is at 5.15pm.

Match Day
Today, the 6 Nations hits Cardiff and Wales’ clash with Ireland is always highly anticipated.
With the Millennium Stadium being in the city centre, match-day in Cardiff is simply second-to-none. You will find the city’s bars and restaurants teeming with supporters.
