Use your day to explore Cape Town. There is plenty to see in what has been described as South Africa's most cosmopolitan city! Whether you choose to go up Table Mountain, take an excursion to Robben Island or simply relax with wonderful food and drink at the beautiful V and A waterfront a good time is ensured.

The sevens starts today - head to the stadium for your first taste of the HSBC Cape Town Sevens 2019. One of the newer events on the Sevens circuit the Cape Town Sevens has been receiving rave reviews and sell out crowds so the atmosphere should be electric.
