  • Day 1

    Check-in for NYE in Sydney

    Make your own way to Sydney, where you can check-in to your hotel for 10 nights on a room only basis. (Option to add breakfast to your stay at an additional cost)

    Where better to enjoy New Year's Eve than in Sydney? You are free to make your own arrangements and see in the New Year however you wish. There are some popular public spaces to watch the famous fireworks from, including Mrs Macquarie's Chair, Sydney Harbour National Park, and Darling Harbour. Organised NYE Events will be released and available to book as an optional extra during 2025.

  • Day 2-4

    Days at Leisure

    Enjoy 3 full days at leisure in the stunning city of Sydney. 

    Home to the iconic Harbour Bridge, Opera House and stunning coastlines, the city of Sydney is a destination that surely features on every adventurers bucket-list. With three full days at leisure there is plenty to be enjoyed in the city itself or if you are keen to get out on the water a ferry ride over to Manly offers some great views. The iconic Bondi Beach is a train or bus ride away and the wonderful Bondi to Coogee walk is worth the steps, equally a train ride takes you out to the Blue Mountains and some fantastic scenery. If you are looking for organised excursions we will have a variety to choose from, coming in 2025.

  • Day 5-9

    5th NRMA Insurance Ashes Test

    The 5th NRMA Insurance Ashes Test! In Sydney, it's easy access to the SCG by using the new city tramway, walking, or bus. The tramway and bus is also free on match-days with your match ticket.

    The Sydney Cricket Ground is one of Australia's oldest and most prestigious sporting stadiums.

    Australia v England - 5th NRMA Insurance Ashes Test

    A 5 day ticket is included in your package. The package price includes a Category E ticket for day’s 1-4 (see ticket tab). Should you wish to upgrade your ticket you can do so at the additional cost listed. Should the Test go to the fifth day, day 5 will be a General Admission ticket.

    Day at Leisure

    One final day at leisure in Sydney. 

    You could start with a wander through Newtown or Surry Hills, where boutique shops, colourful street art, and charming cafes capture the city's creative spirit. For a peaceful escape, stroll through the Royal Botanic Garden, a haven of lush greenery set against views of the harbour. For lunch, savor a diverse range of cuisines at Spice Alley, a hidden laneway in Chippendale. End your day with a sunset picnic at Mrs Macquarie’s Chair, offering breathtaking views of the harbor without the crowds.

    Check-Out

    Check out of your hotel this morning and make your own onward travel arrangements.
