Make your own way to the airport, check in/drop your bags off and make your way through customs. Once through customs make your way to the gate to board your flight to Pakistan.
Upon arrival in Islamabad, transfer approximately 1 hour with the group to your hotel where you can check in for your 9 night stay on a bed and breakfast basis.

After settling in to your new surroundings, join the rest of the group for a city sightseeing tour as you get out to experience this fantastic culture for the first time. Return to the hotel and meet those familiar faces for a Welcome Drink as we look forward to our forthcoming adventure and in particular the first test.

Enjoy another fantastic opportunity to join our excursion to witness the vibrant culture of Rawalpindi. This morning join the group for a sightseeing tour as we explore some of the cities most interesting areas such as the Grand Trunk Road, the Rawalpindi Station and the Raja Bazaar.
This afternoon we continue on to Taxila which is approximately an hour north of Rawalpindi. Old Taxila was a major city of ancient India and was founded around 1000 BCE as an important trading post resulting from its position at the junction of three major trade routes. Today, the ruins of Taxila include four great cities each belonging to a distinct time period at three different sites including the ruins of Sirkap which were built by the regions Greco-Bactrian kings who ruled following the invasion of Alexander the Great in 326 BCE.
It’s finally here! Each morning, jump aboard the Gullivers Travel transfer to the match. After the day’s play the coach will return you to your hotel.
Days 1-5
Enjoy your last full day in Rawalpindi with a morning sightseeing tour of the neighbouring Capital City of Islamabad before heading up into the Pir Panjal Mountain Range in the Lesser Himalayas to the resort town of Murree which was built in 1851 as a sanatorium for British Troops to escape the scorching heat of the plains of Punjab during the summer.
Today we depart Rawalpindi for Multan. Travelling by coach to Multan, the destination of the second test this journey will allow you to travel through the heart of Pakistan and witness some fantastic scenery indigenous to this part of the world. Full day of travel.
On arrival into Multan check into your hotel for a 7 night stay on a bed and breakfast basis before enjoying the rest of your day at leisure.
Included today is a full-day sightseeing tour of Multan.
Multan is Pakistan's 7th largest city and the major cultural, religious and economic centre of Southern Punjab. Famous for its mosques, shrines, cotton crops and fruit it is one of the oldest cities in Asia and was besieged by Alexander the Great during the Mallian Campaign due to its importance as one of the most important trading centres of medieval Islamic India. The ancient city was the site of the renowned Hindu Multan Sun Temple which commanded significant fame as a place of pilgrimage and wealth until it's destruction in the 10th century.
Each morning transfer to the Multan Stadium for all five days of the second test match. At the end of each day's play, you will be transferred back to your hotel.
After play on Day 2, you are invited to the Exclusive Gullivers Cricket Evening.
Days 1-5
Check out of your hotel this morning and transfer by coach to the airport for your flight home to London. Upon arrival into England, say goodbye to your newfound friends and make your own onward arrangements.
Home to Islamabad United & Northern, the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium was a prime spot for the 1995-96 Cricket World Cup and subsequently became the country's 14th Test venue. In April 2018 the Pakistan Cricket Board announced that the stadium along with several others would get a makeover to get them ready for future international matches.
Multan Cricket Stadium was inaugurated in 2001 as a replacement for the Qasim Bagh Stadium when Pakistan took on Bangladesh in the Asian Test Championship and has hosted 5 test matches as of June 2022. Boasting one of the greenest outfields visible in the country the stadium also played host to one memorable Pakistan-India Test that saw Virender Sehwag smash a career-best 309.
