Airport transfers by coach are included in your RWC 2027 ticket package, along with any overland touring within Australia. Match Transfers are included to Stadium Australia in Sydney only. Make your own way to the airport, check in/drop your bags off and make your way through customs. Once through customs make your way to the gate to board your indirect flight to Australia. Your outbound flight will depart on either the 4th or 5th October - to be confirmed when flights are in range.

Upon arrival in Melbourne, after clearing customs and immigration, your Tour Manager will meet you in the airport to transfer the group to your hotel to check in for 5 nights on a bed and breakfast basis.
This evening, the group will get together with the Tour Manager for Welcome Drinks. Get to know your tour group and tour manager, reminisce on past tours and trips and share the excitement of The Rugby World Cup!

The city boasts a standout food and coffee scene to support a full day of exploring. Popular city highlights include the State Library of Victoria, the Royal Botanic Gardens, and the Melbourne Skydeck. If you prefer a slower pace, ride the free city tram around Melbourne, hoping off at Queen Victoria Market for a bite to eat or Federation Square for a spot of people watching and taking in the atmosphere!

Gullivers will have a range of optional extras available for you to choose from closer to the tournament.
Check out of your Melbourne hotel this morning and head with the group to the airport for your flight to Sydney. Upon arrival, transfer with the group to the hotel to check in for a 7 night stay on a bed and breakfast basis.
With four full days at your leisure, you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy the best of the city. Whether you prefer exploring vibrant neighbourhoods, relaxing by the harbour, or venturing out on the water, a ferry ride to Manly promises spectacular views. Merchandise is an inclusion on our escorted tour packages. We will be providing a mixed merchandise package which will include the official Rugby World Cup Jersey. We will confirm the full details and request your sizes in late 2026.

Past events have included sit‑down Q&A sessions, lively pub evenings with live music, live match screenings, and visits to local rugby clubs.
