Buenos Aires to Tucuman

Check out of your hotel this morning and head with the group to the airport for your flight to Tucuman. Upon arrival, transfer with the group to the hotel to check in for a two night stay on a bed and breakfast basis. 

Called the 'Garden of the Republic', Tucuman is a unique province in northwest Argentina that was once part of the Inca empire in the late 15th and early 16th centuries. It was in the town’s Casa Historica that Argentina’s Declaration of Independence was drawn up in 1816. 

Spend the rest of your day at leisure. The area's green landscape is one to admire and we recommend checking out the extraordinary landscape of Tafi del Valle or Aconquika National Park which is home to protected native fauna such as guanacos, neotropical otters, the Andean mountain cats, and La Banderita marsupial frogs!

 It's game day! 

First on the itinerary is a group lunch at a local rugby club. 

It's an evening fixture with return match transfers so travel with the group to Estadio Único Madre de Ciudades for the game. Please note that this match transfer from Tucuman will be approximately 2 - 2.5hrs. 

Tucuman to Buenos Aires

After breakfast, check out of your hotel and join the transfer to the airport for your flight back to Buenos Aires. Upon arrival, transfer with the group to the hotel to check in for a four night stay on a bed and breakfast basis. 

The rest of the day is yours to spend at leisure. If there's any places you spotted at the start of the trip, this is your chance to squeeze them in!

Spend the day at a traditional Estancia Gaucho Ranch with the group, immersing yourself into 19th century life in the vast Argentine countryside. A barbeque lunch at the ranch is included too. 

Enjoy a group dinner in the evening, a perfect opportunity to share memories and reflect on the highlights of your tour with the group.

After breakfast, head out with your group on a day trip to Tigre Delta. A tranquil escape from the urban hustle of the city, the Tigre Delta is a river-based town based in the Delta region formed by the Parana and Uruguay rivers. 

This evening, you will be heading to a dinner Tango show. Born in the late 19th century in the vibrant neighbourhoods of Buenos Aires, the Tango blends music, storytelling, and passionate movement, capturing the soul of the city. As you enjoy your meal, watch performers bring this dramatic and elegant tradition to life, offering a truly memorable glimpse into Argentina’s cultural heritage.

Day at Leisure

Your final day in Buenos Aires to spend at leisure. 

A city tour is a great option to explore a lot of the city's biggest attractions in a short space of time. You could either do a walking tour or explore by bus. Don't forget those last-minute souvenirs to remember this incredible trip!
