The 2025/26 NRMA Insurance Ashes Series Tour marks Gullivers' 11th tour Down Under, and promises to be our biggest and best yet. Since our first Ashes tour in 1982, we’ve perfected the art of creating unforgettable, well-organized experiences for sports fans. Whilst it will have been 8 years since travelling fans have been in the crowd since the last Australian Ashes we have been touring Australia more recently, with trips to the 2022 ICC Men's T20 World Cup and the upcoming British & Irish Lions Tour in 2025. Upon arrival into Adelaide, after clearing customs and immigration, your Tour Manager will meet you in the airport to transfer the group to your hotel to check in for 8 nights on a bed and breakfast basis. Small in size, but big in nature, the city of Adelaide is idyllically situated between some of the countries top wine regions and most beautiful beaches. The city offers some of Australia's best restaurants and boutique shops.
This evening the group will get together with the Tour Manager for Welcome Drinks. Get to know your tour group and tour manager, reminisce on past tours and trips and share the excitement of The Ashes!
Meet with your Tour Manager and the rest of your group and enjoy a drink together. It's a great chance to get to know each other and have a relaxed start to the tour.

Make sure to start your day by heading for the Adelaide Central Market, one of the largest undercover markets in the Southern Hemisphere which features more than 70 stalls of South Australia's freshest produce including fruit & veg, artisanal breads, cheese, meats, local seafood and plenty more. After the Market, you could head to North Terrace where many of Adelaide's main cultural institutions sit shoulder to shoulder.
In the evening, find yourself on Rundle Street, the classy side of the city, where there are plenty of excellent restaurants serving an array of cuisines that suit every budget.
With the hotel being a short walk from the ground make your own way across to The Adelaide Oval for the 3rd NRMA Insurance Ashes Test. The tram in Adelaide is free, so whilst walking to the ground is easy, there is the added option of utilising that.

Home to the iconic Harbour Bridge, Opera House and stunning coastlines, the city of Sydney is a destination that surely features on every adventurers bucket-list. With three full days at leisure there is plenty to be enjoyed in the city itself or if you are keen to get out on the water a ferry ride over to Manly offers some great views. Bondi Beach is a train or bus ride away and the wonderful Bondi to Coogee walk is worth the steps, equally a train ride takes you out to the Blue Mountains and some fantastic scenery.
On Saturday night, enjoy the Gullivers Cricket Evening as we get together with friends from the cricketing world to hear the inside track on the England team, the series, and the game in general.
NRMA Insurance Sydney Ashes Test is the final of the series! In Sydney, it's easy access to the SCG using the new city tramway, walking, or bus. The tramway or bus is also free with your match ticket.

In 2014, huge renovation works to the Adelaide Oval were completed, transforming it into one of the most advanced, state-of-the-art outdoor sports venues in Australia while retaining it's picturesque setting and reputation as one of cricket's most beautiful grounds. There are few cricketing experiences like being in the MCG on Boxing Day. A sell-out crowd is guaranteed to be there supporting the two teams and the atmosphere has to be seen to be believed. Known affectionately by locals as 'The G', the Melbourne Cricket Ground is one of the most revered sporting venues of the world. One of our best Ashes memories is Tremlett and Anderson tearing through the Aussies on Boxing Day, 2010.

The Sydney Cricket Ground is one of Australia's oldest and most prestigious sporting stadiums. Perched on the doorstep of Sydney Harbour, the majestic stadium has played host to many of the country's most enduring moments including great triumphs and agonising defeats.

Experience the highlights of South Australia’s famous Kangaroo Island.
The tour starts with a convenient pick-up location tbc, where the coach will pick you up to transfer to Cape Jervis for the ferry across to Penneshaw on Kangaroo Island. Visit the Seal Bay Conservation Park and take a guided walk on the beach to witness the rare and wild Australian sea lions up close. The experienced guides lead visitors right into the heart of the colony. This intimate experience educates guests on the sea lions' habitat, behavior, and the conservation challenges they face. Please note, this tour includes walking down stairs and onto the beach.
After a delicious two-course lunch, spend the afternoon at the Flinders Chase National Park. As you travel through the park, keep an eye out for echidnas, wallabies, reptiles, and koalas. Come and see for yourself why this iconic coastal drive is world renowned.
After being picked up from your Melbourne CBD accommodation, you will then explore the world famous Great Ocean Road on this full day tour.
Visit all the iconic favourites, starting with Torquay Surf Beach, the Pole House and Great Ocean Road sign and Cape Patton, before stopping for lunch (not included) and free time at the coastal town of Apollo Bay. Our next stop is Yering Station, site of Victoria’s first vineyard in 1838. Here we’ll enjoy a wine tasting of their estate wines in the original winery featuring local artwork. After the tasting it’s time for a two course lunch in their stunning restaurant. With its world class views, you’ll have an a la carte selection from which to select your meal and glass of wine. After lunch it’s on to Payten & Jones Winery and Medhurst Vineyard for further tastings. This region is famed for its chardonnay and pinot noir varieties so be sure to try these local favourites. Discover the Ultimate Blue Mountains experience, designed to showcase the best of this UNESCO World Heritage site. You will be picked up from (or very close to) your hotel and return via a ferry ride on the famous Sydney Harbour where the tour concludes at Circular Quay. From here make your own way back to your accommodation at your own leisure.
The tour makes stops at the Blue Mountains township of Glenbrook, Elysian Rock lookout, and Echo Point where you’ll witness the iconic Three Sisters rock formation and learn about Aboriginal legends.
