After making your own way to the airport, check in/drop your bags off and make your way through customs, then board your flight to Pakistan. 

Arrive Pakistan

Upon arrival in Islamabad, we will transfer you to your hotel (approx. travel time is 1 hour) where you can check in for your 8 night stay on a bed and breakfast basis.

After settling in to your new surroundings, join the rest of the group for a city sightseeing tour as you get out to experience this fantastic culture for the first time. Return to the hotel and meet your Tour Manager for a Welcome Drink as we look forward to our forthcoming adventure and in particular the first test.

City Sightseeing & Taxila Excursion

Today is your first full day in Pakistan and a fantastic opportunity to join our excursions to witness the vibrant culture of Rawalpindi. This morning join the group for a sightseeing tour as we explore some of the cities most interesting areas such as the Grand Trunk Road, the Rawalpindi Station and the Raja Bazaar. 

This afternoon we continue on to Taxila which is approximately an hour north of Rawalpindi. Old Taxila was a major city of ancient India and was founded around 1000 BCE as an important trading post resulting from its position at the junction of three major trade routes. Today, the ruins of Taxila include four great cities each belonging to a distinct time period at three different sites including the ruins of Sirkap which were built by the regions Greco-Bactrian kings who ruled following the invasion of Alexander the Great in 326 BCE. 

1st Test Match

It’s finally here! Each morning, jump aboard the Gullivers Travel transfer to the match. After the day’s play the coach will return you to your hotel.

Islamabad City Sightseeing & Murree Excursion

Enjoy your last full day in Rawalpindi with a morning sightseeing tour of the neighbouring Capital City of Islamabad before heading up into the Pir Panjal Mountain Range in the Lesser Himalayas to the resort town of Murree which was built in 1851 as a sanatorium for British Troops to escape the scorching heat of the plains of Punjab during the summer. 

Rawalpindi to Multan

Today we depart Rawalpindi for Multan. Travelling by coach to Multan, the destination of the second test this journey will allow you to travel through the heart of Pakistan and witness some fantastic scenery indigenous to this part of the world. Full day of travel.

On arrival into Multan check into your hotel for a 7 night stay on a bed and breakfast basis before enjoying the rest of your day at leisure.

Multan City Sightseeing Excursion

Included today is a full-day sightseeing tour of Multan.

Multan is Pakistan's 7th largest city and the major cultural, religious and economic centre of Southern Punjab. Famous for its mosques, shrines, cotton crops and fruit it is one of the oldest cities in Asia and was besieged by Alexander the Great during the Mallian Campaign due to its importance as one of the most important trading centres of medieval Islamic India. The ancient city was the site of the renowned Hindu Multan Sun Temple which commanded significant fame as a place of pilgrimage and wealth until it's destruction in the 10th century.

2nd Test Match

Each morning transfer to the Multan Stadium for all five days of the second test match. At the end of each day's play, you will be transferred back to your hotel. 

After play on Day 2, you are invited to the Exclusive Gullivers Cricket Evening.

Multan to Lahore

Check out of your hotel and transfer to Lahore via coach taking in the beautiful scenery as we spend the morning travelling. On arrival, check in to your for a short 2 night stay on a bed & breakfast basis.

After you have checked in, hop back on the coach to travel to the Pakistan/India Border to watch the Flag Lowering Ceremony. Characterized by the elaborate dance-like moves and a parade-style military procession, the ceremony is performed by military from both Pakistan & India to signify the each of each day and is concluded with a perfectly coordinated lowering of the two nations' flags whilst the iron gates open and soldiers shake hands before the gates close again. 

Lahore City Sightseeing Excursion

Today enjoy a full-day city sightseeing tour of Lahore, the 2nd largest city in Pakistan and the provincial capital of Punjab. Packed with historical landmarks, bustling eateries and well kept green spaces, Lahore is one of Pakistan's must-see destinations. 

We will start in the modern city which boasts rich culture which is celebrates through its food, clothing, films and music. Lahore has long been a seat of learning and knowledge and is home to Lahore University, one of the largest in Pakistan. Later in the day we will explore Old Lahore which boasts fantastic architecture brought to the city during 1524 - 1752 when it was a part of the Mughal Empire. The Mughals were famous builders and gave the city some of its most famous buildings such as the Lahore Fort and the Tomb of Emperor Jahangir. 

Lahore to Karachi

This morning transfer with the group to Lahore airport where we will catch our domestic flight to Karachi for the 3rd and final Test match. Upon arrival into Karachi, transfer with the group to the hotel to check in for a 7 night stay on a bed and breakfast basis. 

This afternoon embark on another city sightseeing tour, this time of our final stop on the tour, Karachi. As the largest city in Pakistan and the 12th largest in the world, Karachi is Pakistan's premier industrial and financial centre and the most cosmopolitan city being linguistically, ethnically and religiously diverse.

3rd Test Match

Each morning transfer with the group to the National Cricket Stadium for all 5 days of the 3rd Test Match and the culmination of the Tour. At the end of each days play we will transfer you back to your hotel.

Day at Leisure

Enjoy a final day at leisure in Pakistan. Soak up the sights and sounds of the bustling port city of Karachi or take a day to yourself to relax and reflect on your trip. 

Depart Pakistan

Check out of your hotel this morning and transfer by coach to the airport for your flight home to London. Upon arrival into England, say goodbye to your newfound friends and make your own onward arrangements.
