Our featured accommodations are 4★ and 5★. Hotels have a very limited supply of traditional double-bedded rooms and the cultural norm is for couples to have two separate single beds, rather than share a double bed. As such we are offering three options: twin rooms, single rooms and twin rooms with a preference for a double room.

We will be using a number of reputable airlines within our packages. An economy seat is included in your package as standard. Upgrade your seat to Premium Economy for £1200 and to Business Class for £3300. Emirates are the Preferred Airline of Rugby World Cup 2019™.

We work closely with our agents in Japan to ensure that we have Japanese speaking staff on site to assist us. As always with an escorted tour, you will have a Gullivers Tour Manager with you.

Today the adventure begins. Check in for your international flight to Japan.
Upon arrival into Japan, we will transfer you to your hotel in Tokyo Metropolitan for you to check in for your three night stay.
The capital of Japan and one of the most exciting cities in the world. Tokyo means ‘Eastern Capital’ and is made up of a patchwork of over 1000 neighbourhoods which conjoin together to create a mega metropolis. Each district has developed it’s own personality over the years which helps to refine where you choose to explore during your stay here.
This evening join your Tour Manager and the rest of your tour group for welcome drinks.
Today we will transfer you to Tokyo Stadium for the penultimate game of the group stages, England v Argentina. After the match we will transfer you back to your hotel.
Pool match three for England.
Today you have the option to book onto our guided tour of Tokyo Metropolitan city, a perfect way to familiarise yourself with this fascinating metropolitan area and take in some of it's most interesting sights.
This excursion includes visits to the Meiji-jingu Shrine, Tokyo Sky Tree, Asakusa Kannon Temple and Akihabara. Please see the Extras tabs for more information.
On Monday we transfer over to the Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba for a three night stay. This presents the option to explore another different area of Tokyo Metropolitan.
Whilst here, you can also book onto our guided tour to Hakone and Lake Ashi, giving unparalleled views of Mount Fuji. Or if you would like to fully immerse yourself in Japanese culture opt for the 2 day trip including a night in a ryokan (a traditional Japanese Inn).
This excursion includes a visit to Hakone, a cruise on Lake Ashi and a trip on the Hakone ropeway. Please see the Extras tabs for more information.
Today we check out of the Grand Nikko and move to the Shinjuku area to check into the Keio Plaza for a three night stay. This is a wonderful location with a large variety of shopping, restaurants and entertainment all in close proximity.
Tonight join the Gullivers team for an exclusive event, it's sure to be a tour highlight.
With the big match approaching tomorrow in Yokohama City, today might be the best opportunity to stock up on presents to take home.
Today we will transfer you to International Stadium Yokohama for the final game of the pool stages, England v France. After the game we will transfer you back to your hotel.

The Grand Nikko Daiba Hotel Tokyo is a new hotel situated in the Tokyo Bay area. Opened in 2016, the hotel enjoys wonderful views across Tokyo including the Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo Tower. At just a 20 minute monorail and train ride away from JR Tokyo Station this is a great resort hotel to enjoy whilst on holiday. Odaiba has wonderful shopping and restaurants but for those looking to eat in the hotel The Grill on 30th offers spectacular views from the 30th floor. This hotel is very well reviewed by western visitors to Tokyo.
Located in the Shinjuku district just a five-minute walk from Shinjuku Train Station, this hotel offers an incredible 21 dining options, and panoramic views of the Shinjuku skyline. Each modern room offers classic amenities as well as a few hidden extras such as Japanese style yukata robes and slippers for every guest.
