When will I know the flight details?

Flights are not yet in range and as such not available to any travel operator. Flights usually come in to range 10-12 months prior to departure, so we are hoping to confirm all international flights at the end of 2026 or early 2027, by March. We will be in touch via email as soon as we have the details for you.

If I am making my own flight arrangements, when do I need to arrive?

Can I amend my departure date?

Yes, just let us know which dates you’d like to fly and we can look into this for you. Please note if you are deviating your dates away from the group flights, airport transfers will not be included on these days. If you’d like to receive a quote for private transfers, please let us know.

How long does it take to fly to Australia?

Depending on where you are flying to, it could take anywhere between 17 and 27 hours. On average it takes around 21-27 hours to fly from London to Brisbane, including a connection of between 2-6 hours. From London to Perth it’s around 17 hours direct or between 20-24 hours indirect. To Adelaide, it’s around 19-21 hours indirect, to Melbourne it’s 22-27 hours indirect, and to Sydney, it’s 22-24 hours indirect.
