    Depart UK

    Make your own way to the airport, check in/drop your bags off and make your way through customs. Once through customs make your way to the gate to board your indirect flight to Australia. Your outbound flight will depart on either the 4th or 5th October - to be confirmed when flights are in range.

    Upon arrival in Adelaide, after clearing customs and immigration, your Tour Manager will meet you in the airport to transfer the group to your hotel to check in for 5 nights on a bed and breakfast basis.

After the Market, you could head to North Terrace where many of Adelaide's main cultural institutions sit shoulder to shoulder.

The tour starts from your hotel, where the coach will pick you up to transfer to Cape Jervis for the ferry across to Penneshaw on Kangaroo Island. Take a guided walk on the beach among a colony of rare and wild Australian sea lions with a National Parks Ranger at Seal Bay Conservation Park. Get up close and see these wild creatures frolic and laze about.

After a delicious two-course lunch, spend the afternoon at the Flinders Chase National Park. As you travel through the park, keep an eye out for echidnas, wallabies, reptiles, and koalas. See the rugged coastline from walks around Remarkable Rocks and Admirals Arch. Remarkable Rocks provide great photographic opportunities, and the Admirals Arch boardwalk takes you down a rugged cliff face to reveal the spectacular rock archway, a natural nursery, and a haven for playful long-nosed fur seals.

Remarkable Rocks provide great photographic opportunities, and the Admirals Arch boardwalk takes you down a rugged cliff face to reveal the spectacular rock archway, a natural nursery, and a haven for playful long-nosed fur seals.

The last stop of the day is Kangaroo Island Wildlife Park to see some of Australia’s most famous creatures. From the Wildlife Park, it’s back on the ferry and back to your hotel in Adelaide. 

Please note that from Adelaide, this tour is a 16-hour day that includes travel to and from Kangaroo Island. You do get time to rest during your ferry transfers and coach travel between attractions.

Your day begins with convenient pick up* before heading towards the mountains. The tour makes stops at the Blue Mountains township of Glenbrook, Elysian Rock lookout, and Echo Point where you’ll witness the iconic Three Sisters rock formation and learn about Aboriginal legends.

Next, immerse yourself in adventure at Scenic World. Experience the thrill of the Scenic Railway, the steepest passenger railway in the world, then glide effortlessly above the rainforest canopy on the Scenic Skyway. Take in panoramic vistas from the gondola before joining a guided rainforest walk, where you will discover the unique flora and fauna of the region.

The tour continues to the serene Katoomba Cascades Waterfalls, where you can stroll along scenic boardwalks and admire the cascading waters. Lunch in a traditional Aussie pub is included, providing an authentic taste of Australia hospitality.

What merchandise will I get?

Merchandise is an inclusion on our escorted tour packages. We will be providing a mixed merchandise package which will include the official Rugby World Cup Jersey. We will confirm the full details and request your sizes in late 2026.

Which meals are included at hotels?

All hotels are booked on a bed and breakfast basis.

What are your clubhouse events?

We will be hosting a variety of exclusive clubhouse events throughout the tournament. Past events have included sitdown Q&A sessions, lively pub evenings with live music, live match screenings, and visits to local rugby clubs. For guests who attended tours featuring these events previously, they were highlights of the trip. These are included in our escorted tour packages.
