    Depart UK

    Make your own way to the airport, check in/drop your bags off and make your way through customs. Once through customs make your way to the gate to board your indirect flight to Australia. Your outbound flight will depart on either the 4th or 5th October - to be confirmed when flights are in range.

    Upon arrival in Adelaide, after clearing customs and immigration, your Tour Manager will meet you in the airport to transfer the group to your hotel to check in for 5 nights on a bed and breakfast basis.

    Make sure to start your day by heading for the Adelaide Central Market, one of the largest undercover markets in the Southern Hemisphere which features more than 70 stalls of South Australia's freshest produce including fruit & veg, artisanal breads, cheese, meats, local seafood and plenty more. After the Market, you could head to North Terrace where many of Adelaide's main cultural institutions sit shoulder to shoulder.

After admiring the view from the mountain, we will continue our journey through to the scenic Coal River Valley wine region. This region is renowned for its award-winning, cool-climate wines. Along the way, the group will make a quick stop at the acclaimed Wicked Cheese, where you can enjoy a complimentary cheese sampling and purchase local produce from the farm Gate cafe. Then, you will proceed to the historic township of Richmond, which is rich in convict history and showcases magnificent sandstone and colonial buildings. Here, you will have the opportunity to admire Australia's oldest bridge and Catholic church. Richmond is also home to numerous charming eateries, making it the perfect spot for our lunch break. 

But the real magic of the day comes later, when you will visit the Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary. Here, you’ll get up close and personal with some of Tasmania’s and Australia’s most iconic wildlife. It’s a rare opportunity to meet these incredible creatures in their natural habitat, including the cheeky and elusive Tasmanian Devil. From the friendly kangaroos that love a cuddle to the adorable koalas and curious wombats, Bonorong is an experience that truly connects you with the heart of Tasmania.

What merchandise will I get?

Merchandise is an inclusion on our escorted tour packages. We will be providing a mixed merchandise package which will include the official Rugby World Cup Jersey. We will confirm the full details and request your sizes in late 2026.

All hotels are booked on a bed and breakfast basis.

What are your clubhouse events?

We will be hosting a variety of exclusive clubhouse events throughout the tournament. Past events have included sitdown Q&A sessions, lively pub evenings with live music, live match screenings, and visits to local rugby clubs. For guests who attended tours featuring these events previously, they were highlights of the trip. These are included in our escorted tour packages.
