Gullivers Sports Travel have been travelling to France every year for Six Nations and Formula 1 events, as well as the last two major sporting events hosted by France in Euro 2016 and Rugby World Cup 2007. We know France and we know rugby, this will be our 10th Rugby World Cup since the first one in 1987.

Check in/Match Day
Having made your own way to France and Marseille check into the hotel for a 3 night stay. Marseille is in the South of France with its foot in the Mediterranean Sea. Famous for its Old Port, beaches, and its fine mix of petanque, pastis and port culture. Known as the 2nd largest city in France, Marseille and the surrounding Provence and Mediterranean coastline will play host to some of the major fixtures of the tournament, including the Quarter Finals.
Today also sees England play Argentina - you can add this ticket into your package (see pricing in the ticket tab). Gullivers will have a range of optional sightseeing excursions for you to choose from closer to the tournament.

Today is a Rugby World Cup France 2023 match day.

Make your own way to the stadium, soaking up the atmosphere that comes only with the magic of major sporting tournaments. Stade Vélodrome is 5km outside Marseille City Centre. Metro Line 2 services the stadium with specific stops for certain areas of the ground, as well as a variety of bus options.
