Sport has always been a massive part of my life; growing up my weekends were always spent on a sports field of some sort, be it rectangular or circular. During my youth I represented Worcestershire at age group level at Cricket, Rugby and Football and in 2010 I was fortunate enough to represent Worcestershire CCC academy. After finishing school I moved onto Worcester Sixth Form College, where I was a part of the Worcester Warriors AASE Scheme whilst also completing my A level studies. Following the completion of my A Levels, I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to travel to New Zealand where I worked and travelled throughout, allowing me to experience the culture of a fantastic country. Towards the end of my time in New Zealand I also played rugby for Marist North Harbour U19’s; a significant step up in physicality from the English game!
From here I progressed onto the University of Leeds where I continued my passion for sport by studying for a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science. In between my second and final years of study I undertook a placement year where I worked in a joint role for one of the UK’s leading leisure management companies. After graduating with a 2:1 in July 2015 I jumped at the opportunity to combine two passions of mine by joining the Gullivers operation team as a tour coordinator within the Schools and Clubs department. I am looking forward to a long and prosperous career with the company and am hoping to create many memorable moments along the way!
